Under the EU Data Strategy, the European Commission is creating a

In Germany, the Digital Act and the Health Data Utilization Act are necessary steps towards the European Digital Health Space. Digitalization in the German healthcare system is finally gaining momentum, resulting in electronic patient files (ePA), e-prescriptions, telemedicine, and health apps.
